ACT Student Manos Konstandaras at the 11th International Conference on Contemporary Marketing Issues (ICCMI)

Manos Konstandaras, an undergraduate Business student at ACT, had the opportunity to present his research paper “Workforce diversity: Could it contribute to sustainable growth in the luxury hospitality industry of Greece?” at the 11th International Conference on Contemporary Marketing Issues (ICCMI) that took place in Corfu, between the 12th-14th of July 2023. 

The Conference was co-organized by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the University of Vienna and endorsed by the Ionian University. The Conference serves as an international platform for presenting research and exchanging ideas and attracts the interest of marketing researchers, academics, and practitioners.

Manos designed and implemented his research for the Research Methods course under the guidance of Dr. Eirini Tsichla. He produced an outstanding work that was eventually further developed and accepted in the Conference. His presentation received positive feedback and very encouraging comments from fellow attendees.
