ACT students at the "Leadership Forum 2016"
On Tuesday, November 15, 2016 ACT students attended the Leadership Forum 2016 “Talking with Young People: Business Opportunities and Entrepreneurship” event organized by the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce at the facilities of the Sarakakis Group of Companies in West Thessaloniki. During the event young people from various educational institutions were informed from top managers and key business leaders on challenges and opportunities regarding careers. Additionally, the event promoted young people’s spirit of healthy entrepreneurship and helped them in planning their professional orientation. Dr. Dimitris Kontarinis, Director of ACT’s Entrepreneurship Hub, served as a panelist at the event. Dr. Kontarinis outlined the steps and skills needed in order for an aspiring business person to launch a successful entrepreneurial endeavor.
