ACT’s flexible, 15-month MSc in Industrial Organizational Psychology features a strong emphasis on coaching and is aimed at those wishing to turn their experience into expertise, and expertise into leadership!
You will study organizational leadership and change, conflict resolution and management but you will combine such courses with positive psychology and well-being, creating more positive and more profitable workplaces for you and your clients and increasing your personal and professional well-being at the same time.

The program at a glance
The 10 courses total to finish the MS program are:
- 8 taught courses (24 US credits)
- A Thesis course ( 6 US credits)
- An Internship Course (6 US credits)
Students can complete the MS program in approximately one year and 3 months since its start.
Modes of delivery
All taught courses meet once a week from Monday to Friday for 6 teaching weeks + Finals Week
The Thesis and the Internship courses have flexible meeting times, as arranged between the student, the course instructor and their supervisor.
Online: Courses meet online once a week and each week from 6-8 pm and they have various asynchronous learning activities assigned
Hybrid: Courses meet once a week, alternating between in-person and online meetings.
In total, there are three in-person meetings & three online meetings each term.
- The in-person meetings run from 18.00-22.30
- For the Hybrid courses, the online meetings run either from 18.00-20.00 or 18:00-21:00 max.
