Jan Hummel
Founder & CIO, Paradigm Capital
Mr. Jan Hummel is the Founder, President, and Director of Paradigm Capital AG. He commenced his career at Booz, Allen & Hamilton in London and was subsequently an Investment Banker at Merrill Lynch in London and New York. Since 1989 he has independently pursued private equity investments. In 1989 Mr. Hummel made his first private equity investment, Webac GmbH, Germany. Since then he has been a principal in more than 15 private equity transactions. Four of these resulted in stock exchange listings, nine of these resulted in trade sales and two remain in the portfolio. He is a Director of Got-A-Gene AB. Mr. Hummel holds an Economics degree from the Stockholm School of Economics and an M.B.A. degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, Boston.
Vassilis Antoniades
Senior Partner & Managing Director, The Boston Consulting Group (BCG)
Vassilis Antoniades is a Senior Partner and Managing Director, heading the BCG Athens Office.
Vassilis has been involved in the build-up of BCG Athens since early 2003 and led a number of key assignments in the region and globally. He is leading the Financial Services practice area for BCG's CEMA region (Central Europe, Middle East and Africa). He is a core member of BCG's Financial Institutions Group, as well as the Strategy, Organization and Operations Practices.
Prior to joining BCG, Vassilis served as an investment banker in New York and London, involved in IPO and M&A activity in North America and Europe.
His twenty-year long experience among other things encompasses the following: Transforming organizations especially in the post financial crisis era. His work has tackled redefining the strategy, new business model, reorganizing, deep cost cutting. In addition to his work in the banking sector, he has worked on these topics with leading organizations in various domains, from public sector to cultural foundations.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School (1999) and a B.Sc. magna cum laude in International Finance from Georgetown University (1993). He has also served in the Hellenic Air Force for two years as Air Traffic Controller, both in the Araxos 127 NATO Air Base and in the Piraeus Joint Naval and Air Rescue Center.
He sits on the Advisory Board of the Athens University of Economic and Business MBA Program. He is a board member of the Bodossaki Foundation and of the Benaki Museum. He is an elected board member of the American Hellenic Chamber of Commerce since September 2010.
He is married with Katerina Papageorgiou and have two children.
Christos Tsentemeidis
Customer Development Director of South East Europe, Johnson & Johnson Consumer
Mr. Christos Tsentemeidis studied Marketing (Bachelor Of Science) and gained a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Suffolk University in Boston Massachusetts. He was recognized for his academic performance as a member of the Dean’s List 7 out of 8 undergraduate Semesters and graduated with Honors. After serving in the Greek army for the Tank Division he started his career in Procter and Gamble Hellas in the Supply Chain Department. After three years he accepted the challenge to work for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Hellas in the Marketing Department as Product Manager. He is a member of the Johnson & Johnson Hellas team for the past 25 years assuming different senior roles in Marketing and Customer Development. He is now the Customer Development Director for the South East Europe and he is also the President of the Efficient Consumer Response Association representing the Branded Goods Suppliers. He is 54 years old, born in Kavala, happily married with a family of 4, living in Thessaloniki and working in Athens.
Jack Florentin

Jack Florentin is the founder, President and CEO of Sarah Lawrence S.A., a women’s apparel manufacturer and retailer, that today distributes Sarah Lawrence Jeans and the Danish brand Fransa. Mr. Florentin is a Greek national residing in Thessaloniki. He holds a BS (1970) and MS (1971) in Civil Engineering from the School of Engineering, Columbia University, and an MBA degree from Columbia Business School (1975). Prior to founding Sarah Lawrence, Mr. Florentin was Sales Director for northern Greece at Aigaion Textiles S.A. (1979-1982) and civil engineer at Treadwell Corporation in New York (1971-1973). He is a Trustee of Anatolia College since 2006 and served as President of the Anatolia College Alumni Association (1996-2000). He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Fulbright Foundation since 2003 and a member of the Executive Committee of the Cultural Society of Entrepreneurs of Northern Greece since 2013. Married with 2 daughters and happy grandfather.
